As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting functions across our entire group of companies.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly skilled and accomplished finance professional with a strong background in the apparel industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of financial leadership and strategic thinking, with a minimum of 12-14 years of experience, including 2-3 years in a senior finance role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, and develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial assets.
- Oversee cash flow planning and management, including banking relationships, liquidity management, and capital allocation.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements, and work closely with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives from a financial perspective.
**Requirements:**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Professional certification such as CIMA or ACCA is highly desirable.
- Minimum 12-14 years of experience, including 2-3 years in a senior finance role within the apparel industry.
- Proven track record of financial leadership and strategic thinking.
