Sales Executive - Project Sales (Solar)

**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Executive specializing in Project Sales for Solar product and other Building Materials, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell solar energy solutions to businesses, government entities, and other organizations. This role involves developing and managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, and contributing to the growth of the company's solar project portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy**:Develop and implement sales strategies to drive project sales for solar energy solutions.
Identify potential clients, market segments, and business opportunities within the solar industry.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and propose tailored solar solutions to meet their energy requirements.

**Project Consultation**:Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their energy needs, site conditions, and project feasibility.
Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solar solutions.

**Proposal Development**:Prepare comprehensive project proposals, including cost estimates, technical specifications, and project timelines.
Present proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns.

**Contract Negotiation**:Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement for both the client and the company.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual arrangements.

**Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the solar energy sector.
Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

**Sales Reporting**:Provide regular reports on project sales activities, including pipeline status, wins, and challenges.
Work with sales management to analyze performance against targets.

**Networking**:Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments.
Represent the company in a professional manner at external events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project sales, preferably within the solar or other building material industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, project development, and financing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.

**Working Conditions**:

- The role may involve travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and visit project sites.
- Work may include a combination of office-based tasks and on-site client visits.
- Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate client meetings and project deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Up to 70% travel
