Job Overview:

This role is responsible for leading the implementation of SAP modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and delivering quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Review functional and technical specifications to guarantee compatibility with business objectives.
  • Validate system behavior through Unit Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT) results.
  • Perform self-testing and integration testing to ensure solution excellence.
  • Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in the sign-off process.
  • Migrate multiple projects and enhancements to production successfully.
  • Coordinate activities simultaneously across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality achievements.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualification: Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA), MBA, CA, or ICWA from a reputable institution.
  • Preferred Qualification: SAP Certification in ECC or HANA, particularly in SAP Project System (PS) module.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Project System (PS).
  • Understanding of integration aspects with other SAP modules such as:
  • MM (Materials Management)
  • SD (Sales and Distribution)
  • PM (Plant Maintenance)
  • QM (Quality Management)
  • PP (Production Planning)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working with various stakeholders and systems.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong configuration knowledge of:
  • WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
  • Network activities
  • Milestones
  • Cost planning and budgeting
  • Material requirement planning (MRP)
  • Project quotations
  • Time sheets and goods issues
  • Other SAP PS project management functionalities
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is highly desirable.
Experience:
  • Minimum total experience: 10+ years.
  • Relevant experience: Strong background specifically in the SAP PS module.
