Project Lead for SAP Implementations">

The ideal candidate will lead full project life-cycles, from proposal to delivery. They will manage project teams, ensure quality deliverables, and develop mitigation strategies for risks and changes.

Responsibilities:
  • Project lifecycle management: scope definition, timeline planning, resource allocation.
  • Team management: task assignment, progress monitoring, quality control.
  • Stakeholder engagement: senior management, client teams, vendors.
  • Risk management: risk identification, mitigation strategy development, change handling.
  • Reporting and governance: regular status updates, post-project reviews.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years in SAP functional consulting; 2+ years as a Project Manager.
  • Strong functional understanding of SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM).
  • Excellent project management (PMP/Prince2) and technical analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams and stay organized in challenging environments.
