Job Title: SAP MM Consultant (With S/4HANA Implementation Experience)

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled SAP MM (Material Management) Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of MM module functionalities and integration with other SAP modules. You will be involved in implementation, configuration, support, and enhancements in the SAP MM domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in end-to-end SAP MM module implementations, including at least one S/4HANA project.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis, and design MM solutions accordingly.
  • Configure SAP MM module including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation & Account Determination, Material Master, Vendor Master, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, PP, WM) to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support data migration activities using tools like LTMC, LSMW, or BAPIs.
  • Handle issue resolution, bug fixes, change requests, and performance tuning.
  • Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and conduct unit/integration testing.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation.
  • Support users during UAT and Go-Live phases.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP developments and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant.
  • Minimum 1-2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of SAP MM configuration and customization.
  • Knowledge of Fiori apps related to MM and user experience improvement is a plus.
  • Experience with integration across modules (FI, SD, PP, WM).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
  • Basic ABAP debugging skills.
  • Experience in GST, taxation configuration, and localization (India-specific settings).
  • Exposure to Ariba, MDG, or other SAP add-ons is a plus.
