Job Title : Quality Assurance Specialist

Location : Remote

Work Mode : Flexible

Experience : 5+

We are seeking a seasoned manual tester who will be responsible for thorough end-to-end testing of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, basic programming knowledge, and experience with testing in modern cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rigorous end-to-end manual testing across web, API, and backend services.

• Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and defect reports.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to ensure requirements are testable and delivered with high quality.

• Use Postman and other testing tools for API testing.

• Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend data.

• Support testing across Azure, Kubernetes, and GCP cloud environments.

• Work with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

• Actively participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

• Take ownership, commitment, and accountability for deliverables.

• Learn quickly and adapt to evolving technologies and project needs.

• Exposure to automation testing using BDD (Cucumber).

Required Skills & Experience

• Manual testing expertise with strong analytical skills.

• Basic Java knowledge for understanding code and debugging.

• Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation.

• Exposure to cloud platforms: Azure, Kubernetes, GCP.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control using GitHub.

• Experience with testing tools (e.g., Postman).

• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodology and collaborative team environments.

• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to quality.
