Senior Digital Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to lead our product discovery initiatives and drive strategic growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with our enterprise data and AI priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive business impact.
  • Mentor and support junior product analysts in their career development.
  • Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure timely solution delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
  • 12 to 17 years of experience in Information or Technology Systems.

Must-Have Skills:

  • End-to-end product lifecycle management.
  • AI-driven product innovation.
  • Go-to-market strategy.
  • Data/AI platform familiarity.
  • Agile delivery experience.
  • Project management.
  • Cross-functional alignment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product management experience in data, AI, or related technology platforms.
  • Proven ability to define and align product strategy with organizational goals.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and BI tools.
  • Background in biotech/pharma is a plus.
