As a highly skilled Technical Architect, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying web content solutions using Adobe AEM. You will be responsible for evaluating business needs, proposing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful implementation.

Your primary objective will be to translate business requirements into effective AEM solutions. This will involve evaluating infrastructure, assessing capacity, and planning for scalability. Additionally, you will provide solution architecture for AEM implementations and third-party integrations.

You will also address non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, and reliability. To achieve this, you will collaborate with clients, analysts, developers, and system administrators. Furthermore, you will lead technical discussions, client demos, and create POCs.

Requirements:
  • You should have 12+ years of experience in Java/J2EE solution design and deployment.
  • Additionally, you should have 5+ years of core experience in Adobe AEM or similar WCM/ECM product suite.
  • Expertise in multi-site/multi-channel delivery, personalization, content aggregation, multilingual support, automated workflows, and social media integration is required.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS Design, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM, and Social Collaboration is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with XML, XHTML, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, JSP, RESTful services is essential.
  • A deep understanding of Java, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, Spring, Hibernate is also required.
  • Practical experience with Apache Sling, JCR (JSR-170/283), JSR-168/286, OSGi (Apache Felix) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Day CQ foundational concepts is an advantage.
  • Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience in configuration planning, testing, and change management is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with design patterns and Agile methodologies is desirable.
  • Ability to act as Scrum Master in Agile environments is preferred.
