About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Insurance Expert. You will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and requests.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalate customer feedback as required, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably within the Insurance industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in changing environments.
  • A strong networker and relationship builder.
