Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Business Applications transformation, focusing on CPQ-focused tracks within individual business units.

This role involves becoming an expert on best practices and how our business systems are implemented, including workflow creation, reports, and dashboards. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements and critical data elements across functional areas.

Additionally, you will serve as an expert in CPQ configuration, guiding team members in configuration decisions and delivering recommendations for business process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • Experience with Salesforce, particularly in Steelbrick/Salesforce CPQ, Apttus, or BigMachines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • The capacity to handle a team of junior developers and provide guidance and support as needed.
