Job Title: Application Transformation Consultant

Overview

As an application transformation consultant, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation across various industries. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify requirements for new applications or upgrades to existing ones
  • Develop comprehensive use cases, trace requirements meticulously, and visualize process flows
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications
  • Guide customers through every step of the application modernization process, ensuring their systems are future-proofed and optimized for success

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in application development of TIBCO BusinessWorks
  • Implementation of TIBCO for banking clients, Design and Development of Integrations for banks. Minimum of one end-to-end implementation or integration is required.
  • Deep technical expertise on TIBCO Business Works.
  • Experience in creating Functional Specification Document and Interface Specification Documents.
  • Experience on Java, Springboot technologies.
  • Working knowledge in integration of banking applications
  • Variety of technologies including programming fundamentals, SQL, operating systems.
  • Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration
  • Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Software Engineering Life Cycle deliverables - both Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience in integration of Core banking application in a bank.
  • Good communication skills
  • Collaborative working with other team members
  • Experience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes
