Senior Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to drive the financial engine of our organization. As Senior Financial Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive financial plans that support our growth strategy.

  • Job Description:
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Lead financial planning and analysis to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Manage financial reporting and compliance requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
  • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in finance roles
  • Strong background in VC fundraising, due diligence, and modeling
  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, or venture-backed startups
  • Hands-on with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and financial software like Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic & Operational Finance: Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and structuring to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Accounting, Audit & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate closure of books (Ind-AS / Indian GAAP). Lead statutory, tax, and internal audits.
  3. Fundraising & Investor Relations: Own investor documents, financial models, decks, and data rooms. Manage due diligence and support negotiations and closures.
  4. Banking & Treasury: Build proactive relationships with banks and lenders. Lead debt structuring, working capital facilities, and vendor financing.
  5. Vendor & Cost Management: Govern vendor contracts, negotiate fees, and manage payouts. Implement cost control systems and real-time tracking processes.
