Job Title: Software Architect Leader

This leadership role involves creating and implementing software frameworks for complex systems, ensuring they meet industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Architecture Design: Develop and implement software architecture designs that align with hardware requirements and industry regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets industry requirements.
  • Component Development: Design and develop software components and modules for automotive platforms.
  • Industry Compliance: Implement solutions in accordance with ISO 26262 standards.
  • Performance Optimization: Enhance software performance for real-time constraints and resource efficiency.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research into new technologies, approaches, and methodologies.
  • Expertise Sharing: Provide expertise to algorithm and embedded leads on CV/DL functions.
  • Technology Evaluation: Research, develop, benchmark, test, and document state-of-the-art computer vision and image processing algorithms.
  • System Interoperability: Ensure seamless interaction among sub-systems.
  • Standards Enforcement: Enforce engineering discipline solutions and support design reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • C++ Programming: Strong C, C++ programming skills or rapid prototyping experience in Enterprise Architect.
  • Computer Vision: Good understanding of fundamental computer vision algorithms and approaches.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English language communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Innovation: High level of innovation and motivation.
  • Research Experience: Excellent research experience.
  • Automotive Standards: Experience with automotive software standards such as AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, and communication protocols like CAN, Ethernet.
