Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Engaging Educational Programs: Utilize psychological insights and AI-powered learning solutions to create compelling content that resonates with students, educators, and parents.
  • Lead Business Development: Forge new partnerships with schools and educational organizations locally and globally to drive growth and expansion.
  • Manage Enrollment Processes: Handle student and school lead conversion, coordinate with internal counselors, and run campaigns to increase outreach and understanding.
  • Employ AI Technology: Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, streamline processes, and enhance overall performance.
  • Promote Programs: Utilize social media personally and via freelancers to expand organizational reach and impact.
  • Stay Updated: Continuously update knowledge on advances in education, psychology, and AI to keep offerings ahead of the curve.
  • Contribute to Management Strategies: Provide training to the team on using new-age AI solutions for business growth and educational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Psychology: Required for this role.
  • Strong Orientation Towards Business Development: Demonstrated experience in enrollment management and AI tool utilization.
  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills: Ability to manage projects, deliver training, and work effectively in a team environment.
