About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an early-stage AI expert, you will play a crucial role in building and launching multiple AI applications.

Your primary goal is to develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), test them in real-world scenarios, and scale successful projects to production-grade systems.

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI applications from concept to working MVP.
  • Experiment with innovative approaches, frameworks, and models to drive breakthroughs.
  • Ship fast prototypes and gather actionable feedback from real users to inform iteration.
  • Iterate quickly and scale successful projects to production level.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder on product direction and technical strategy.
Requirements
  • Strong coding skills and hands-on experience with leading AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
  • Proven track record of building and deploying applications, not just models.
  • Curiosity to try new ideas, break things, and learn rapidly in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, high-speed execution, and pivoting when data-driven insights emerge.
  • Ability to work independently, own projects from start to finish, and contribute to the growth of the team.
