Generative AI Engineer Position

We are a software product development firm that creates innovative solutions by leveraging the right technologies and best practices.

We work with startup founders to build their minimum viable products (MVPs) and with existing enterprises to solve interesting problems.

We have 65+ associates, out of which 20 products we built for our clients either got funded/acquired/have become profitable over the last 10 years.

We seek Python Developers who are hands-on with Generative AI, Model Context Protocol, Agent-to-Agent workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.

This role is focused on shipping production-grade AI systems that work reliably in real-world environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-7 years professional experience with Python (3.9+).
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, async programming, and REST API design.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG implementations and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with MCP concepts and experience with MCP server implementations.
  • Understanding of multi-agent workflows and orchestration libraries.
  • Proficiency with FastAPI/Django for backend development.
  • Comfort with Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Practical experience with cloud infrastructure.
  • Add tracing, logging, and evaluation metrics.
  • Optimize for latency, cost, and accuracy in real-world deployments.
