Job Title: AI/ML Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML professional to contribute to the development of an AI-native software that enhances both creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-enabled products that leverage the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models.
  • Build high-performance Search and RAG systems, including data indexing, ranking, and query processing.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance, with a focus on working with open-source models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • A strong background in distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in distributed computing frameworks like Ray.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, with experience working with technologies such as Python, LlamaIndex, LangChain, Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
  • Recent demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, building RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems, or working with vector databases.
