Responsibilities

  • Conduct rate analysis and negotiate with vendors and suppliers\
  • Ensure financial accuracy and supervise budgeting and cost control methodologies\
  • Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with company policies\
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to meet project goals\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success\
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices\
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management\
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives\
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge\

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

\

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector

\

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

\

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

\

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

\

• Strong organizational and time management skills

\

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
