Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs that align with Foundation Skills Training and Product Specific Training methodologies and initiatives.
  • Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training, including curriculum, training, and exams, for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement.
  • Develop and deliver preparatory training that is sufficiently technical, covering the basic skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs.
  • Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and training materials for training conducted.
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discuss with managers.
  • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met and have an understanding of E-learning techniques.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of training and development methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
