We are looking for a highly skilled professional to fill this key role.

About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of payment applications.

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in manual testing of payment applications.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating test cases, executing tests, and reporting bugs.

  • Test Case Creation: Create detailed and accurate test cases to ensure thorough testing.
  • Execution and Bug Reporting: Execute tests and report any defects or issues found.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have strong knowledge of UPI payments, NPCI guidelines, and banking workflows.

  • UPI Payments: Strong understanding of Unified Payments Interface (UPI) payments.
  • NPCI Guidelines: Familiarity with National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) guidelines.
  • Banking Workflows: Understanding of banking workflows and processes.
Bonus Skills

In addition to the above requirements, experience in API testing, database validation, and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.

  • API Testing: Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SOAP UI.
  • Database Validation: Familiarity with databases such as SQL or MySQL.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
