Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to maintain the integrity of our IT systems and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating System Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot various operating systems.
  • Hardware Support: Provide technical support for PC/Laptop hardware issues.
  • Software Support: Troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems.
  • Network Support: Ensure smooth network operations and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Security Management: Implement and monitor security measures to protect against threats.
  • Active Directory Administration: Manage user accounts, group permissions, and password resets.
  • Remote Support: Provide remote technical assistance via phone or video conferencing.
  • Asset Management: Track and manage company assets.
Technical Skills:
  • Basic OS Installation and Configuration: Familiarity with installing and configuring operating systems.
  • PC/Laptop Hardware Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues.
  • Microsoft Outlook Setup and Support: Experience with Microsoft Outlook setup and configuration.
  • Basic Active Directory (User/Group Management, Password Resets): Knowledge of basic Active Directory management tasks.
  • Printer and Peripheral Setup: Familiarity with setting up printers and peripherals.
  • Basic Networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN): Understanding of basic networking concepts.
  • Antivirus and Endpoint Security Management: Experience with antivirus software and endpoint security management.
  • Exposure to SCCM, BSOD Troubleshooting (Basic Level): Familiarity with SCCM and basic BSOD troubleshooting.
  • BitLocker Encryption and Recovery: Knowledge of BitLocker encryption and recovery procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in providing technical support and ensuring smooth operations of IT infrastructure. A proactive approach to problem-solving is essential for this role.

This position requires a rotational shift with five working days per week and an immediate notice period of up to 15 days.
