Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of various equipment and systems. This includes but is not limited to, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, air compressors, gas handling systems, kill tanks, and decontamination autoclaves.

Key responsibilities include performing routine maintenance tasks, identifying and indenting critical spares as needed, and coordinating with department personnel for daily activities.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for raising work permits for all types of engineering works and ensuring that all equipment and systems are operating within established parameters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience in maintenance and repair. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Minimum qualifications include a diploma or degree in a related field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering.
