The role of a Senior Manager - Financial Controller is pivotal in maintaining the financial integrity and stability of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of financial reporting, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures.
  • Responsible for preparing and finalizing financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards, such as IGAAP and IND AS.
  • Ensures accurate reconciliations across various accounts, including bank, vendor, customer, GST input, and inventory accounts.
  • Delivers timely Management Information Systems (MIS) packs with actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Establishes and maintains strong internal controls, including SOPs and Internal Financial Controls (IFC), to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
  • Monitors and optimizes cash flow, fund flow, and working capital cycles to minimize financial risks.
  • Leads the finance and accounts team, mentoring and upskilling them to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong technical skills in accounting software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive change and engagement within the organization.
