We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Communications Manager to join our team at Tilfi. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases the richness of our craft through beautiful design.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Design, Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in design and communications, preferably in the luxury sector.

Key responsibilities include managing content creation for social media channels, website, ad-creatives, and email communications, as well as creating on-brand marketing and brand identity materials, including lookbooks, packaging designs.

You will collaborate with the team to produce engaging content through special projects and collaborations, create advertising materials for online and offline campaigns, and define, maintain, and evolve the Tilfi look & feel and communication for the web experience - desktop & mobile.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a Brand Communications Manager at Tilfi, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strong, trusting relationships and be able to juggle working on multiple content streams for multiple channels at the same time.

To succeed in this role, you should have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of luxury fashion, and a passion for storytelling through design. You should also have extensive experience with the Adobe suite, including Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and Figma, as well as knowledge of UX layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and limitations of the web.

We are looking for a creative and disciplined individual who can take initiative and work in an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and adaptive environment. Experience with Shopify is considered an added advantage.
