Job Description

This role involves developing and implementing high-quality automation solutions to enhance business processes and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workflow-based logic, technical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated workflows using Automation Anywhere A360, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and stakeholders, to identify and assess potential areas for automation.

  • Document and maintain comprehensive records of developed bots, including solution design documents, test cases, and runbooks.

  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness of automated processes.

  • Deploy RPA bots in production environments, monitor their performance, and provide ongoing maintenance and support to ensure optimal functionality.

  • Train and support end-users and team members on RPA tools and best practices, promoting efficient use and adoption of automation solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to conceptualize business processes as automated solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.

  • Good written skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.

  • A methodical approach combined with an inquiring mind, enabling effective problem-solving and error resolution.

  • Ability to work in a structured environment, adhering to formal change control procedures and disciplines.
