Job Title : Product Visionary

As a Product Visionary, you will be responsible for defining the direction, design and delivery of product related initiatives. You will drive the definition and execution of features built on our software platform. You will help define, create, and manage the technology and features that enable our customers to build applications.

You will be involved throughout each stage of the product life cycle (conception, definition, development, release, and post-release activities). You will help us drive our vision for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute product roadmaps, goals, epics, stories, and product assets.
  • Drive competitive analysis and differentiation.
  • Be the best demonstrators of our products.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and analysts as needed.
  • Create implementation and enablement materials.
  • Ensure customer journeys are included in product.
  • Analyse data from varied sources, competition and industry, and gather voice of customers from surveys and studies to identify problems and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Education: MBA or M.S. + bachelor's degree preferably in engineering, design, analytics, statistics, psychology, or science major.
  2. Work Experience: 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SAAS based platform.
  3. Obsessed about users: place yourself in the position of your users, feel their problems and drive to design and make something amazing for them.
  4. Data-driven mindset: extremely comfortable number crunching and harnessing data to drive actionable insights.
  5. Communication skills: confident communicator who can productively collaborate and influence peers and cross-functional teams.
  6. Global environment: experience in operating in a global environment with geographically dispersed teams.
