Solutions Developer

As a Solutions Developer, you will be at the forefront of creating impactful solutions by leveraging technical expertise and analytical skills. Responsibilities include eliciting and documenting business requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Adaptability and ability to lead through change enable navigating complex situations and managing dependencies effectively.

The role contributes to the development of cutting-edge architecture designs and data-driven insights that guide business decisions. Excellent communication skills ensure clear and concise information exchange with diverse stakeholder audiences, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and document comprehensive business requirements by engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment and feasibility.
  • Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, advanced data visualization capabilities, strong technical writing skills, advanced knowledge of data fluency, functional knowledge of Payments domain, and experienced in testing processes.
  • Preferred qualifications include experienced use of Business Driven Development/Test Driven Development test methodology, Cucumber/Gherkin, Java, Selenium, or similar tools, identifying opportunities to accelerate and synergies testing processes for assigned projects, and relevant testing experience within the Financial Services industry.
