About the Role

This opportunity involves working on high-impact projects that drive efficiency across multiple dimensions. The ideal candidate will bring creative problem-solving skills and experience in program management to deliver strategic results.

Ideation, Documentation, and Deployment
  • Develop and document scalable systems that harness the power of technology.
  • Utilize artificial intelligence to deploy efficient solutions that meet business objectives.

As the frontline representative of our driver-side business, you will collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to execute products and strategies in-market. Your ability to multitask and leverage AI daily will unlock innovative and high-efficiency solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive regional supply operations by enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand customer and business challenges and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Ensure timely project completion while focusing on quality, service improvements, data analytics, people initiatives, reporting improvements, process standardization, and timeline management.
  • Employ AI to design engaging communications for new or churned drivers and develop Voice of Customer (VOC) capabilities at scale using Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Adapt, localize, and amplify initiatives based on insights from marketing and operations teams, considering local specifics and culture.
  • Track progress, manage dependencies, communicate status to upper management, and facilitate schedules for meetings.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with a Master's degree being an added advantage.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a program manager or Ops associate in consumer-facing roles, preferably in Internet, E-comm, FMCG industries.
  • Team Management: Ability to manage teams to achieve consistent performance and foster a cohesive work environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including impeccable grammar and punctuation, and strong command over English and regional language.
