Job Description:

This is a challenging role that requires exceptional technical and functional skills. As an Oracle EBS Finance professional, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our finance teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Module Support: Provide in-depth technical assistance for Oracle EBS Finance modules including AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, and Cash Management.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex technical issues across Level 2 and 3 support within strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis for recurring and critical incidents to ensure long-term solutions.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive functional and technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and support guides.
  • CAB Meetings: Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings and adhere to change control processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure accurate issue tracking and timely resolution.
  • ServiceNow: Utilize ServiceNow for incident and change management.
  • Prominent Events: Provide support during peak periods such as Finance Close and Cyber 6.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offshore/onshore resources for seamless issue management.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process and performance enhancements.
