Job Opportunity: Assay Biologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Assay Biologist to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge assays.

To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and optimizing cell-based assays to validate different assay formats.
  • Developing biochemical and enzyme-based assays to meet project requirements.
  • Screening compounds using various techniques such as TR-FRET, HTRF, Fluorescence Intensity, Alpha screen, Radioactive assays, and Luminesce-based assay.
  • Analyzing data and preparing reports to communicate results effectively.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be required to possess:

  • A Master's degree in Biological Sciences or a related field.
  • Expertise in mammalian cell culture and experience with handling human primary cells and tissue samples.
  • Proficiency in conducting various types of assays, including ELISA and Luminex-based assays for cytokine estimations.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools such as Graph Pad Prism and Excel-fit for data analysis and presentation.
