Job Title: Proposal Development Expert

As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for providing proposals support and independently managing the production of high-quality RFP responses. Your expertise in proposal development and management will enable you to deliver high-value drafts that meet client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing drafts independently for US-based stakeholders, delivering high-value drafts, and demonstrating a strong understanding of the RFP life cycle.

  • Build knowledge and understanding of the Wealth business, service offerings, and strategic priorities.
  • Review RFPs and other client material to gain a complete understanding of client requirements.
  • Work closely with the pursuit team to resolve open items during the proposal development process.
  • Perform final reviews of proposals drafts.
  • Assist with the development of templates, improved systems, and processes for measuring RFP success.
  • Carry out content management activities, including collecting and updating content for proposal language database and extracting best practice content.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing US Investment Consulting proposals (RFP/RFI/DDQ) based on the scope of services mentioned in client documents.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of different plan types like Defined Contribution (DC) and Defined Benefits (DB) and Not-For-Profits (NFPs).
  • Involvement in full-service proposals (bid management) and coordination with multiple onshore stakeholders by meeting required SLA/TAT.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a pre-sales/bid management environment.
  • Experience of working as part of bid teams in a professional services environment.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Exceptional customer service focus.

This role requires flexibility in working shifts as per business requirement. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a hybrid environment, which includes collaboration, connections, and professional development benefits of working together in the office at least three days per week.
