Job Title: Senior Manager MEP

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead projects in Gujarat.
  • With over 15 years of experience in MEP project execution and management, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering MEP works at project sites.
  • You will coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and teams to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • As a seasoned manager, you will oversee resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery and resolve technical issues that may arise during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of MEP works at project sites.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and teams.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Oversee resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve technical issues and support project teams in smooth execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in MEP project execution and management.
  • Recent hands-on experience in Data Centers, Hi-Tech Buildings, and R&D Centres is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of design coordination, installation, testing & commissioning of MEP systems.
