Role Summary

We seek an experienced safety leader to spearhead our organisation's safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with safety standards and identify potential hazards.
  • Lead incident investigations and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies that align with safety objectives.

Requirements:

  • 19+ years of experience in EHS roles within industrial construction, preferably with EPC or contracting organisations.
  • B.E./B.Tech degree and certifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH / ISO 45001 or 14001 Auditor.
  • Strong understanding of Indian safety regulations and leadership skills in high-risk environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
