Your Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Support, Analyst, or a similar role.
  • Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong discipline and self-motivation to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly and concisely articulate issues.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to effectively identify issues and their root causes.
  • Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and REST API is preferred.
