Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data from various sources, including mystery shopping exercises.
  • Product Evaluation: Assess the quality and reliability of financial products and services offered by UK-based banks and institutions.
  • Rating System Management: Maintain and update rating sheets using Google Sheets or Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Portal Maintenance: Keep our Insight Portal up to date with accurate information, enabling customers to make informed decisions.
  • Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends and refine rating methodologies to ensure our ratings remain relevant and reliable.
Required Skills
  • Research and Analytical Skills: Possess strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in creating and managing databases.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
