Chief Financial Operations Specialist

This is a pivotal role within the Finance department, focused on ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
- Reconciliation and Reporting: Perform reconciliations with third-party reports, identify discrepancies, communicate with stakeholders, and resolve issues.
- Automation Development: Identify opportunities for automation in existing financial workflows and collaborate with IT and finance teams to deploy automation solutions using tools and scripts.
- Business Intelligence & Insights: Leverage Power BI or similar data visualization tools to create dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Advanced Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex Excel models to support financial analysis, reporting, and business planning activities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (Finance, IT, and Operations) to understand requirements and implement financial solutions.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Experience in financial process automation using tools or programming scripts (e.g., Python).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
