Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategy and Transformation Manager to support Business Management activities and drive strategic initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, experience with reporting tools, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver valuable insights and operational improvements for leadership stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives, developing business cases for transition and transformation opportunities, and preparing content and inputs for key governance meetings. Additionally, they will support the preparation of CEO townhall content and other strategic communications.

  • Create data-driven reports and presentations to inform senior management and visiting executives on strategic progress.
  • Develop compelling business cases for transition and transformation initiatives.
  • Prepare high-quality content and inputs for key governance meetings, including Risk & Compliance and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Support the development of CEO townhall content and other strategic communications.
  • Reconcile internal and external headcount data with HR systems to monitor entity growth and scale.
  • Develop detailed headcount and financial metrics projections based on current staffing, open positions, and planned transitions.
  • Presentation of quarterly business reviews and ensuring business decks are regularly updated for leadership and stakeholder consumption.
  • Maintenance and improvement of dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI; identify opportunities for automation to streamline existing reporting processes.
  • Liaison with IT teams and external vendors to coordinate enhancements and major updates to reporting infrastructure.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and drive data-backed decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Masters degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, business management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
