**Job Title:** Construction Site Safety Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Construction Site Safety Specialist. This is a critical role that requires expertise in ensuring a safe working environment at construction sites.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety plans, risk assessments, and emergency response plans to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Conduct daily site inspections, enforce personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and monitor critical activities to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to promote a proactive safety culture among site personnel.
  • Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and ensure corrective actions are taken to prevent future occurrences.

**Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or environmental) is mandatory.
  • Post-diploma in industrial safety or certifications from DGFASLI, Govt. of India, NEBOSH, or IOSH are preferred.
  • At least 3-7 years of experience in construction site safety.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian safety regulations, international standards (OSHA, ISO 45001), and proficiency in MS Office for safety reporting.

**Work Conditions:

  • This is a site-based role with travel across India.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and extended hours is required.

**Job Type and Location:

  • This is a contractual/temporary position.
  • The job will be performed on-site in person.
