Job Title: Senior Design Manager

As a senior design manager, you will lead architectural projects from concept through execution, ensuring design excellence and timely delivery. You will develop engaging design concepts, presentations, and working drawings, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-profile projects to maintain exceptional design standards and meet deadlines.
  • Create compelling design concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings, working in tandem with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and specialist teams for seamless integration.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate BOQs, material specifications, and detailed drawings.
  • Maintain regular on-site visits to monitor quality, uphold design intent, and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers for efficient project workflows.
  • Ensure full compliance with local codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
  • Proactively resolve design and execution-related issues through collaborative efforts with contractors and consultants.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations with precision.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design is essential.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray/Lumion, and Photoshop is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • A solution-oriented approach with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of building materials, site coordination, and project management principles.
