Job Title

Overview :

  • Responsibilities include day-to-day support for ETL batch processes, monitoring workflows and batch jobs to ensure successful execution.
  • Troubleshoot batch failures, perform root cause analysis and implement timely resolutions.
  • Conduct impact analysis for batch failures and proposed changes.
  • Perform batch recovery and restart failed jobs to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with development and operations teams to resolve issues and optimize batch processes.
  • Work with job scheduling tools such as Autosys, TWS or Control-M for effective batch scheduling and monitoring.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for batch processes, incidents and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve batch processing reliability and efficiency.

Requirements :

  • 4+ years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter ETL support and batch processing.
  • Strong experience in batch monitoring, troubleshooting, impact analysis and recovery.
  • Proficient in working with job schedulers such as Autosys, TWS or Control-M.
  • Good understanding of ETL workflows, data pipelines and related processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
