Chief Business Change Manager

Job Summary
\As a Transformation Champion, you will play a key role in driving business change and ensuring successful project delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, develop target-state designs, and coordinate project initiation.
\Key Responsibilities
\- Develop and implement end-to-end project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget and agreed specifications.\
- Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Product teams to design and implement business solutions that meet stakeholder needs.\
- Use data-driven methods to analyze current-state processes, prioritize opportunities for standardization and automation, and drive process improvements.\
- Partner with cross-functional teams to secure approvals, initiate projects, and ensure successful project execution.\
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations to stakeholders on project viability.\
- Communicate complex project information clearly to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.
