Job Title

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Media Domain testing, with expertise in the following areas:

  • Set top box testing
  • UI feature validation
  • OTT apps testing
  • IP Streaming testing (video/audio content validation)

We're looking for a skilled professional to fill this key role at Datacore Technologies. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Digital television platforms and experience working with Linux systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up test automation frameworks using Python and Robo Framework
  • Designing and developing web-based applications
  • Conducting Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and Defect Tracking
  • Working closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration
  • Leading a team of 3-5 members to manage project activities such as Estimation, Strategy planning, Test execution, Code review, Client support, and Production support

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Media Domain testing
  • Experience with Set top box testing, UI feature validation, OTT apps testing, and IP Streaming testing
  • Working experience with Linux systems
  • Experience in Requirement Analysis, designing, developing and building of web-based applications
  • Experience in Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Defect Tracking
  • Solid understanding of Digital television platforms
  • Working experience in Agile projects
  • Working experience of working with GIT repositories
  • Fluent in English, oral and written
