About the Role

This role involves building trust and simplifying health concepts for new clients. The primary focus is on welcoming them over video consultations, understanding their key challenges, and guiding them toward the most suitable next step in their journey.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, as well as comfort with video consultations.

They should embody a healthy lifestyle and be passionate about holistic health, lifestyle improvement, and wellness.

  • Conduct 1:1 video consultations (15–20 mins) with new clients.
  • Listen actively to clients' challenges and health goals.
  • Educate clients about the company's holistic health process in simple terms.
  • Provide empathetic guidance on the most suitable next steps.
  • Maintain accurate notes and records of all consultations.
  • Collaborate with senior health coaches for client support when needed.
Preferred Qualifications

Final-year students or fresh graduates in Psychology, Communication, Public Health, or related fields are preferred. However, candidates from Life Sciences or Nutrition backgrounds with a strong interest in holistic health are also considered.

Internship Structure

This internship offers a part-time schedule initially, which can transition into full-time based on performance.

The mode of work is fully remote, providing flexibility and autonomy.

Compensation includes a stipend and incentives, reflecting the company's commitment to supporting its team members.

The duration of the internship is six months, offering opportunities for growth and development in a mission-driven team impacting thousands of lives.
