Job Title:

Project Development Lead

A senior project management role leading the development of projects from inception through to final delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Development Lead will assume ownership of multiple projects, oversee their successful execution, and ensure timely completion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective project planning and coordination, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.
  • Cultivating a strong network of vendors, particularly in the Bangalore region, to support project requirements.
  • Demonstrating leadership qualities to manage in-house teams, foster collaboration, and achieve project milestones.
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining expertise in site management, handling work execution, and managing sites and vendors to ensure optimal project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in effectively managing corporate or workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • Graduation degree in Engineering or Architecture. A Master's Degree in Construction Management/Project Management is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Tech-savviness with a proven track record of adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Pressure handling and independence, with minimal supervision required.

Inter city and state travels may be involved in this role. Deployment on project basis also possible.
