Project Management Expert

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to lead testing efforts and ensure high-quality software releases.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, processes, and methodologies, as well as experience in test management roles and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive project plans aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Leading a team of testers and providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
  • Allocating resources effectively and overseeing the execution of detailed project plans, test cases, and scripts
  • Establishing defect management processes and tools to track, prioritize, and manage defects throughout the development lifecycle
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with project activities and collaborating with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensuring adherence to quality assurance processes, standards, and best practices throughout the development lifecycle
  • Communicating project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and providing regular status updates and recommendations for improvement

The successful candidate will be proactive in project planning, defect discussion, defect logging, risk identification, and mitigation. They will also have hands-on experience with Project Management tools like Jira and Defect Management tools like Bugzilla.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
