Job Opportunity: Entity Controllership Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our entity controllership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial operations, improving profit and loss performance, and ensuring timely closures of internal and statutory audits.

  • Finalize monthly book closure and financial schedules with variance analysis.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for accounting and control processes with appropriate treatments.
  • Submit monthly schedules and insights to central controllership.
  • Leverage big data and automation tools for financial operations and analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in finance and controllership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving financial improvements and process efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
