Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled finance professional to join our team. The role involves leading key controllership verticals such as financial reporting, audits, compliance, and AP/payroll accounting. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing financial records for legal entities
• Responsible for end-to-end accounting and timely books closure, audits, tax compliances, and coordination with local & group auditors
• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate accounting principles and regulatory requirements
• Develop and monitor policies and procedures within generally accepted accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs, and increased revenues

• Drive operational efficiency by monitoring and improving costing activities
• Identify saving initiatives and leverage economies of scale

• Manage cash flow and forecasting by developing a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in finance and controllership roles, preferably in fintech, tech, or fast-paced growth environments
• Experience of working on Oracle ERP is preferred
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Strong command over data integrity, reconciliations, and financial controls

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
