Design Architect Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Architect located in Bengaluru. The Design Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, managing design projects, creating construction drawings, and overseeing design management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing architectural designs that meet regulatory and safety standards.
  • Managing design projects from concept to completion.
  • Creating construction drawings and documents.
  • Oversight of design management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Architectural Design: Proven experience in designing buildings and spaces.
  • Design Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
