  • Ensure compliance with various regulatory frameworks including IRDAI, RBI, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, and SOC2.
  • Conduct third-party/vendor risk assessments and ensure supply chain security.
  • Lead business continuity and disaster recovery efforts from a security standpoint.
  • Drive security awareness programs for employees and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications in governance and risk management (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or offensive security (e.g., CEH, OSCP).
  • Experience with cloud security platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
