Job Description

As a senior business analyst, you will be part of a global team that implements and optimizes configure price quote (CPQ) solutions. You will collaborate with sales contracts order management finance and IT teams to streamline quote-to-cash processes and ensure our systems meet evolving business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with sales contracts order management and finance to understand current and future processes.
  2. Collaborate with IT architects to design scalable CPQ solutions.
  3. Document quote-to-cash workflows and system architecture.
  4. Configure and manage CPQ components: product pricing rules approvals templates digital signatures workflows UI changes.
  5. Coordinate IT and UAT testing efforts.
  6. Maintain system documentation and operating instructions.
  7. Ensure solutions align with business requirements and compliance standards.

 

Required Skills & Experience
  1. 10+ years in systems analysis and implementation ERP CRM quote-to-cash.
  2. 5+ years working with sales teams on CRM CPQ projects.
  3. Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ Product Pricing Approvals.
  4. Advanced Salesforce administration Profiles Workflows Process Builder.
  5. Familiarity with Salesforce development APEX Visualforce Lightning.
  6. Salesforce and CPQ certifications are a strong plus.
  7. Excellent communication documentation and organizational skills.
